The Health Labrador Corporation Addiction and Mental Health Services in Happy Valley-Goose Bay is a public health and community-based mental health and addictions service provided to coastal communities by the Labrador Inuit Health Commission and the Innu Health Commission, in partnership with Health Labrador Corporation. Although there is a wait list, a response will be made to emergencies.
